Father’s Day

Posted by brdesigns on June 24, 2009

I found a great DIY project for my kids for father’s day at http://threewheelsturning.blogspot.com/.

I followed her instructions and the result was a big smile in my husband’s face. Thanks!

Here is how we did it:

Materials:
Poster paper (We cut three letters D, A, Y)
Scissors
Camera
Wide picture frame (Found it in Target)

Instructions:
Cut out letters using a full-sized sheet of poster paper.  I took two photos of each kid with the letters and choose the best ones.

Here is the final result.

Thanks Vicki for a wonderful idea!

I love how that turned out!

  3. Visiting from SITS roll call. I have no kids but I love this idea. Trying to think how else I might be able to use something like this.
